Founded in 1930, Vigano is a company producing quality fabrics of
sophisticated styling for the home and contract furnishing market,
also for the automotive industry. Using jacquard looms the company
produces damasks, brocades, lampas and tapestries, all manufactured
to meet industry and market requirements. In matching colours, they
can produce plains, stripes and checks in cotton, linen, viscose
and polyester. The velvet collection, which is very popular can
be produced in either plain or Dobbies, using linen, cotton and
also man made fibres to suit the demands of today’s market.
The contract collection is becoming ever more important, with the
large range of plain jacquard fabrics, stripes, checks, prints and
velvets, each of them flame retardant to meet international standards
and regulations.
